Released the FA Refund Automation feature:

• Added the ability for FA Super Admins to enable or disable refund automation in the Manage Auto Approval tab

• When "Football Australia Refund - Approval" automation is enabled, new FA refund requests will be automatically approved or declined based on the Member Federation (MF) decision. Refund requests will remain in a Submitted status if:

  • No Member Federation exists for this registration

  • No Member Federation fee has been applied for this registration

  • The Member Federation has partially approved the refund

  • The participant has received a Current Player Fee Variation for another registration under the same season that requires manual review of the refund

• When "Refund Finalisation - Approval" automation is enabled, refund finalisation tickets will be processed automatically. Manual intervention is only required if the refund cannot be processed automatically.

•  Refund automation is disabled by default. FA Super Admins can enable or disable the feature as required.

• This feature is only applicable to Football Australia's portion of the fee.
