Updated the All Detail Report and Participant Report to prevent duplicate rows when an Admin has roles across multiple organisations

Added the foundation for a warning message reminding participants not to upload sensitive identity documents when uploading a profile photo for the first time

Aligned Association and MF Admin‑requested de‑registration requests to Clubs with the standard de‑registration process, including participant acknowledgement and routing approval tickets to the direct parent organisation
