• Released the new Profile Photo feature, moving participant photos from the registration level to the participant level. This includes:

  • A new Profile Photo tab on the participant profile, allowing participants, guardians, and Admins to view, upload, and manage a participant's profile photo.

  • Renamed the Verify Identity step to Profile Photo. If a participant already has a profile photo, it will be pre-populated and does not need to be uploaded again. This step has also been moved to follow the Contact Details step.

  • Removed the Upload ID Photo option from the three-dot menu on active registrations, as profile photos are now managed through the Profile Photo tab.

  • Approve & Cite, Print ID Card, and other photo-related processes now use the participant's profile photo instead of a photo uploaded against an individual registration.

  • Any profile photo updates will flow through to relevant competition management platform

• A migration will be performed to move existing participant photos from their latest registration to their participant profile

  • The migration may take some time to complete but has been designed to run safely while the platform remains in use.
