Updated the latitude and longitude precision for organisations from 2 decimal places to 5 decimal places to allow more accurate pin placement on the product detail venue location map and club finder map

• This is a back end change only. Updating existing organisation location data will need to be done manually or via a future bulk update.

Ensured the correct receipt is opened for each transaction, including:

• When multiple payments are made for the same registration, the receipt now displays the related transaction instead of the latest one

• The ability to open receipts from refund transactions has been disabled on the ledger, as no receipt is generated for refunds

Fixed a bug where voucher usages could not be decreased

• When decreasing the usage for a single-use voucher, the quantity will not be reduced; instead the uses column will update to align with the decreased amount.
