• Adding new and adjusting existing WWCC Exemption options for Participants. The WWCC Exemption Acknowledgment ticket has also been updated to display the information entered for the selected exemption option. 
  • The WWCC Exemption ticket sent to FA or MF has not been updated and will be included in a future release
• The exemption options are:
  • [New] Age Exemption (the allowed age varies by state)
  • [New] Specific Profession – Teacher
  • [New] Specific Profession – AFP appointee or Health Practitioner 
  • [New] Specific Profession – State Police or Australian Federal Police Officer 
  • [New] Team Official coaching or managing a team comprising only players aged 18 years or over 
  • Parent Exemption (child’s name and team must be provided)
  • Other Exemption (providing a reason is now made mandatory)

• The exemption options available for each non-playing registration depend on the Member Federation (MF). If the organisation is not under one of the main nine MFs, only Age Exemption is available. 

• Participants under the age of 13 are exempt from the WWCC step altogether for non-playing products. 

• The age is currently calculated as the participant’s age as of today, not the season measurement date. A bug ticket has been created for this.
