1. Sign into PlayFootball

2. Go into the profile section

3. Click on "Supporting Documents"

4. Select "Add New WWCC"

5. Fill out the necessary fields for uploading your WWCC

6. Add the WWCC after submitting all necessary details

7. Once you have submitted your new WWCC correctly you will receive the following prompt
