If you are receiving the below error message:

“We could not find a coach or referee registration connected to your Football Account. Please click the sign up link below to register in PlayFootball.” 

Or you are initiating a password reset and not receiving an email, this is likely because you do not have an active account on the Learning Centre.

To access the Learning Centre, you must have an active coaching or referee registration on PlayFootball. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration and be onboarded.

If you believe you already have an active coaching or referee registration on PlayFootball and are still experiencing these issues, please contact the Learning Centre support team using the details provided at the bottom of this article.

How To Create a Learning Centre Account

1. Navigate to the PlayFootball site HERE

2. Click on Coaches, Referees & Volunteer

2. Type 'Learner'

3. Select the 'Learner' option in your state

4. Sign into PlayFootball, or 'Don't have an account yet?' to create a new PlayFootball account

6. Select 'Details' for the relevant registration product (e.g Learner Coach or Learner Referee)

7. Select 'Register'

8. Continue with all registration steps. 

Note. On Step 3, 'Contact Details' enter the participant's email (not the guardian's). This will be their Football Australia Learning Centre Username

Please note, a valid WWCC or WWCC exemption is required for these registrations. If this is not included, it may not be approved. 

9. Once your registration has been submitted successfully, you should receive the below message and select 'Finish Registration'

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to access the Learning Centre until your coaching or refereeing registration is approved. Please contact your Member Federation for this.
