1. External voucher codes (TTP, AKV) used in a registration are now stored in the database 

    - This is in preparation for voucher reporting and reconciliation in the future

2. Zero-dollar transactions (no disbursement transaction) are now generated for registration to zero-dollar products

3. Fixed a bug where billing information is not captured in the database for zero-dollar transactions where fees are reduced to zero due to vouchers

4. Fixed a bug where transactions are not generated for zero-dollar transactions where fees are reduced to zero due to vouchers

    - There is a known where $0 disbursement transactions are displaying in participants transaction history

5. Fixed a bug where TTP vouchers are not redeemed for zero-dollar transactions where fees are reduced to zero due to the use of TTP vouchers 

    - This is still a bug for organisation and AKV vouchers
