3. Click on the 3 dots next to the desired product

5. Search for the participant that you want to view the refund status of

6. Click on Reg types

You should be able to see that the payment status of the participant is "Refund Requested"

Click on Reg types


7. Click on more

8. Click on View Refund Status

Click on View Refund Status


9. Here you will be able to see the refund status


10. Once a refund has been approved by all levels your refund status will appear as the below:



⛔️ Declined = The organisation does not want their portion of the fee refunded



 Approved = The organisation agrees to refund the full or part portion back to the participant (The approved amount will display what has been approved by each organisation)



⚠️ Requested = The organisation has not actioned their refund ticket. This will need to be completed by the admin in order for the participant to have their refund processed
