1. Sign in as an administrator
PlayFootball Administrator access

2. Click on the Organisations dropdown

3. Select on Manage My Organisation

4. Ensure that the Home Ground state is set to TAS, if not please update club location

ℹ️ If your state is set to Tasmania then ensure that the Provider ID is inputted
5. In order to confirm if your Provider ID is in the system click on Update Organisation

6. If a Provider ID has been filled in then your club is set to take Ticket to Play Vouchers

7. If there is no Provider ID filled in, please contact the PlayFootball support team with your government issued ID
