1. Updated the claim participant record pop up so that 'link account to this record' checkbox is no longer displayed and will be linked by default.

    - This will resolve the 'Application Client Side' error impacting some participants.

2. When participant records are merged, the linked football account is now updated to the retained participant record to prevent duplicate record creation (This is now working for both ‘Merge People Record' and 'Merge Suggestions')
