If you have received the below error when logging into the Learning Centre, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
“We detected multiple coach or referee registrations connected to your Football Account. As a result, we are not able to log you in with that account.”
Cause of Error:
You may receive this error if you have multiple Football Accounts, have registered to the same club multiple times, have registered to multiple coaching products (including Learner State products), or have the same email addresses used for multiple Football Accounts.
Multiple Profiles:
Any participant within the Football Australia ecosystem must only have one Football Account. Another participant or family member may already be using this email address on the Learning Centre. A new registration will need to be completed with a unique email address for the participant.

Multiple Registrations:
Only one coach/referee registration is required to be onboarded to the Learning Centre. If you have completed multiple coach/referee registrations, please cancel or de-register the duplicate attempts.
