1. Click on Registration Products

2. Find the product that the intended participant is in and click on the three dots

3. Click on View Details

ℹ️ If a participant has submitted a registration and selected 'subsidised payment', it will appear as 'In Draft - Awaiting Payment'

4. Click on the three dots next to an individual that you would like to pay for

5. Click on Pay on behalf of participant

6. Enter in the card details that you will be paying for the transaction with

7. NOTE Because you are paying for the individual as the club, you will not have to pay for you club fee. It will be struck out. You are only paying for the regulation fees above

8. Select 'Verify Card'

9. Click 'Submit'

You will then see that the status of the registration has changed from 'In Draft - Awaiting Payment' to 'Awaiting Approval'
