1. Sign into PlayFootball

2. Click on "Profile"

3. Click on "View My Registrations"

4. Click on the 3 Dots next to the appropriate registration

5. Click on "Refund Request"

6. Type any appropriate information you may wish to provide to the club

7. Click on "Submit Request"

8. The pop up will appear upon successful submission
