1. Go to playfootball.com.au and click on Re-Registering to play this season

2. Search for the club that you are registered with

3. Click on the club's name or pinned location, then select "Register Now"

4. Sign in to PlayFootball

5. Click On "Family Management"

6. Click On the "Family Tab"

7. Click On the "Three Dots" next to the appropriate participant and Click on "Remove Family 

Member"

8. Click On "Yes, remove"
