The de-registration request will reach the Association level when:
- A request has been acknowledged by the club or participant (this will vary depending on who has requested the de-reg)
- A request has NOT been acknowledged and 7-days have lapsed
Associations can APPROVE or DECLINE a de-reg request when a participant's record displays SECOND LEVEL APPROVAL. This status will appear for both the participant and the club.
All De-reg requests are located under Registration > De-reg Request Tab (you must be in MANAGEMENT mode)
You can search for an individual using the participant's FFA number or a bulk search can be completed by selecting 'search'.
How to approve a de-reg request:
- Find the participant under the de-reg request tab
- Edit the record (select pencil icon)
- Select 'Accept' then submit
This participant will now be marked as De-registered and will have a light blue status against the record to indicate they have been de-registered
How to decline a de-reg request:
- Find the participant under the de-reg request tab
- Edit the record (select pencil icon)
- Select 'decline request' then submit
This participant will move back to ACTIVE
