If you do not have the option to click on "MANAGE MY REGISTRATION" or "START A REGISTRATION", then please follow these steps.


Steps to Completion

1. Log into your Play Football account using the link below. Make sure that you log into your Play Football account using the original method that you created your account with using either your email address & password or using your social login.

2. Once logging into your Play Football account using the link below, click on "Play Football" along the top menu (see below).



3. Click on "Re-registering to play this season?"


 

4. Enter in your club's name or any club and click on it.  



5. Click on "Get Started". 



6. After the "Select the person you are registering for" page loads, please close down that tab by clicking on the "x" button. 



7. Refresh your original Football Account page or click on the link below.

You should now have the "MANAGE MY REGISTRATION" & "START A REGISTRATION" option.



8. If there are still issues in accessing the Participant Portal, please go directly to https://user.playfootball.com.au/ to access the page directly.


If you still cannot access the Participant Portal, then please contact Play Football Support.
