There is no report which identifies who has accepted the terms and conditions of a registration.

As the registration process is 'self-registration' terms and conditions are agreed by the participant or the user who is registering on behalf of the participant. Registrations CANNOT be placed without terms and conditions being complied with.

• if the registration is being placed by the participant they agree to the following:
  
  I have read and agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions. If the person being registered is under 18, I confirm that I am their parent/legal guardian.

A participant cannot register without agreeing to these terms.

• If a participant is being registered by a primary account holder (parent/guardian) they will be presented with the following message:
  I have read and agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions. If the person being registered is under 18, I confirm that I am their parent/legal guardian.
  
  If this registration form is being completed on behalf of another person, I confirm that I have provided that person (or, if that person is a child, I have provided their parent or legal guardian) with a copy of the Terms and Conditions and they have read and agreed to comply with them.
