If your club members receive an error message "Selected product is unavailable" when selecting a product at your club.

Key Notes 

• This is generally caused by a reg type set by one your parent organisations (Assoc or State Member Federation) setting the reg type that your product is calling on to a price range that has overlapping age ranges.

• Please contact your parent organisation (Assoc or State Member Federation) and ask them to review the setup of the reg type in question

• ie reg type is available for 6-16 year olds and the prices have been set for both 6-12 $xx and 6-16 $xx this will generate the error message as the age ranges overlap.The correct reg type pricing needs to have non overlapping price rows - so for this example above would need to be set to 6-12 $xx & 13-16 $xx

As club admin edit the product that is generating the error message and click on Show Detail button - check if age ranges of price overlap as per below example 

If the age range pricing does overlap - Please contact your parent organisation (Association or State Member Federation) and ask them to review the setup of the reg type in question to resolve
