Overview:

If you account within Play Football states the below image, it does not mean that you are not registered. This is a functionality/visibility use which also limits you from reviewing/performing actions for your registration details. 

To change your account from 'Unaffiliated' to your registered club, click on "Unaffiliated" in the top right-hand corner and then select the club you are currently registered at. 

Once choosing your club, your account will refresh and you will now have greater access to your account and it will no longer say 'Unaffiliated'.
